Description:
Located north of the road connecting Negru Vodă to Mangalia, in the eastern part of the Cotu Văii village, the building is rectangular in shape. The entrance is near the northwest corner of the building which is divided into a south-facing prayer hall and a vestibule. The prayer hall has 6 windows, two on the west, south and east walls. A crescent is applied in relief above each window. The mosque is covered with tiles. The building is in an advanced state of disrepair, with cracks in the walls. Near the entrance there is a minaret about 4 m high made of stones (limestone) connected with mortar, and which at the top has a balcony.
