The map was made with data previously collected in the field and saved in .kml format, that were imported into the Quantum Gis program and transformed into the Esri shapefile format. Once transformed in this format, the attributes (foundation year, a minimum description, some pictures, etc.) were added to them, which are displayed in a pop-up window in the online version.
All the monuments are represented by polygons that delimit their current limits from the rendering level of 1: 1 to 1: 5500, and from 1: 5500 to 1: 100000 are displayed as points with specific symbolism. The location of mosques and other buildings appear on all levels of rendering in the form of dots. The base map used the Open Street Maps layer.
